1. What areas do you service?

We’re based in Mississauga, Ontario and serve surrounding areas including Etobicoke, Oakville, and parts of Brampton. Not sure if you’re in our zone? Just reach out and ask.

2. How long does a full detail take?

A full interior and exterior detail typically takes between 6 to 8 hours, depending on the vehicle’s size and condition.

3. Do you need access to power or water?

Yes. We require access to an outdoor power outlet and water source in order to complete your detail.

4. How do I book an appointment?

Appointments can be booked directly through our online system via Acuity Scheduling. Just visit our booking page and choose the service that fits your needs. 5. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept cash and e-transfer. A Moneris terminal will be available soon for convenient card payments on-site.

6. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a rebooking fee.

7. Are there extra charges for pet hair, salt stains, or heavy messes?

Yes. Excessive pet hair, salt buildup, or severe interior mess may result in an additional charge, which will be discussed with you before the work begins.
