2. Booking & Payment

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• A deposit may be required to confirm bookings.

• Full payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, e-transfer, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeited deposit.

• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

• Ensure your vehicle is accessible at the time of service.

• Remove all personal belongings prior to detailing.

• We are not responsible for lost items left in the vehicle.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution, Diamond Shine Auto Detailing is not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to our service

• Damage caused by improper aftermarket modifications

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns.

Customer information is used solely to provide services and will not be sold or shared with third parties.
